When you phone it gives you a 1-+1 900-456-9989 number to continue to "participate" DO NOT!! PHONE the 1-900 number it is a FEE based call -- SCAM!!. Number is a Rogers cell registered to (whitepages.com info):
Robert Lopez owner of (416) 628-9989 36 Rubydale Gdns Toronto ON M9L 1B9
It's possibly illegal as he may be using robocall to dial many people and then wait for them to call and dial the 1-900 number as there is no way to opt-out or ask to be put on a local DNC list.
Will contact the CRTC and Rogers to report him -- you should too. He probably has many cell phone numbers all doing the same thing to collect 1-900 fees from unsuspecting victims ($1.00 per 1-900 number call)

Got charged collect but never had any 'recording' stating it was a collect call from this number!!
