I am having no luck attempting to verify that there is an account in my name with the number 5042823129, when communicating over the telephone. (416) 594-8999 is the number that I have called.)
I am mystified that no one there is able to tell me whether such an account exists.
Why should there be *any* difficulty in answering so simple a question?
