this number belongs to one of Bell's outsources centers for Bell Mobility. I've asked not just this center but also called in to Bell and added myself to the Do Not Call list several times and yet I continue to receive calls from Bell. Since is responsible for the administration and updating and registering the DNC List the least they can do is comply by it themselves. If not then they should not reserve the right to maintain the DNC List

today after i got out from my work, at 12:30 pm, i got a call from this number(416) 555-7777no one was talking. i hung up. 2 minutes later he called again. it must be someone who missed my beautiful voice lloooooll

This guy sounded like he had an Indian accent.  Claimed he was from "The Debt Company". When I remarked that that was a very vague name he said, "I know sir, the company's name is confusing but that is the name of the company." I then allowed him to do his bit for a while and he mentioned that "his company was in the area doing a survey of mortgage payments" and he had noticed that we had made our last couple of months worth of payments on time and that he had an offer to improve our interest rate.  I knew when I picked up the phone that it was a scammer and I love playing with these jokers.  I informed him that I was on the National Do Not Call List and to take me off the list.  He asked me why. We argued for a bit and then I asked him for a manager and he said that he was the manager (how convenient). I then asked for his phone number. The one he probably pulled off of the list was a 416 exchange. I then asked for the company name.  He had trouble remembering that and eventually came up with "The Debt Company"  I asked for his name, "My name?" he said "My name is uh... Gary"  I followed with "And your last name is.." "Uhm... uh Nelson"  A traditional Indian name I suspect.  I asked him where he lived and he said BC then started to wonder why I was asking so many questions.  I then told him about the National Do Not Call List and that I needed this information so that I could file a proper complaint with the CRTC (Canadian FCC) for violation of the NDNC list. He said he wasn't in violation. I asked if he was a charity or if we had done business together before.  He said yes.  I asked which one; charity or business he replied with "I don't understand". I then asked if he was a telemarketer. He said yes. I read him the telemarketers requirements from the web page and then repeated. Are you a telemarketer. He said yes. I asked if he had a copy of the numbers on the DoNot Call list.  He said no then changed his mind and claimed that he was not a telemarketer.  I proceeded to argue with him for a while longer until he finally gave up and hung up. I have received about 25 calls from this number in the last 24 hours. Some foreign (Indian?) guy saying, "hello, hello, hello" in every message and trying to say some other stuff, but I couldn't understand any of it. I'm glad I googled this number and got this site, so I know I'm not alone. This is so annoying and creepy. Is there any way to track these a**holes down, or at least block the number?

I have received way too many calls from this indian accent guy in the past months to my work phone looking for one of my employees here. The # that showed on the caller ID before was different. It was, if i remembered correctly,it's 5155. This is the first time that it uses the (416) 555-7777 #. The guy was rude and when I told him the employee can no longer be reached at this #, he got upset and asked WHY. On previous occasions, one of my managers answered the phone and told him we don't take message for employees and he got REAL mad and kept calling the line for 20 times. He said it's legal matter and need to talk to the employee. But...if it's legitimate legal issue, shouldn't you have all those information handy already?? It's so annoying to receive calls like this in a such a daily basis
