They do not need to adhere to the do-not-call list as they are a marketing firm. They don't need to pay attention on NO-CALL list because they don't sell anything so they HAVE right to call anybody from no-call list.

I received a call from (416) 488-2333, which apparently belongs to Research House Inc.  They called my cell phone, which totally pisses me off cause my cell number is supposed to be on a no-call list.  Maybe we need to have a class-actin suit against this company if others are experience the same annoyance, because these inconsiderate SOBs don't pay attention to No Call lists, and the list does not seem to be enforced.
