Its a Collections company on behalf of Bell Canada, and legally, they can call you as many times as they want a day. anytime between 8am and 9pm, however, after contact they cannot call you again that day, and leaving voicemails count as contact. so if you don't answer, and they don't leave a voicemail, they can keep calling until you're blue in the face, and you cant do anything about it.HOWEVER!If they have not sent you a letter in writing disclosing who they are, who they are on behalf of and how much you owe BEFORE they start making their calls, they cannot call you.So if you haven't received a letter, I would answer and tell them that, and inform them that until you have received a letter in your name, with all the above details, they are not to call you again.

They are calling continually about someone with a similar  last name but a completely different 1st name.
They hold the line for more than 4 minutes some how. I can't call out or receive calls this could be an emergency they would not care, as it is a machine. It is black mail or extortion to tell them what they want but I don't know the person they are looking for. They think I am not telling them truth and threaten me if I don't tell them the info they want.

I kept getting calls from iQor. I finally had to fax a letter to the manager demanding them to cease and desist or the matter would be taken to the CPA and harassment charges would be laid. Collection companies are only allowed to call 3 times in a 7 day period no matter if it is automated or a real person.  They are not allowed to harass, threaten or demean people.  They are not allowed to solicit money from family or friends and they are NOT allowed to call your place of work unless it is to verify you are working there.  From what I read on other sites the company who has this number is Optima. A collection agency.  The can also be calling for CBV another collection agency. Know your rights and enforce them.  I am also getting calls from them but never answer.

I've received numerous, numerous calls from (416) 482-7692 and have no idea who or what they are because they never leave a message or hangup when I do answer the call.  Does anyone know who they are and what they want?

there fax # is   (416) 482-9359  will program my computer to send 300  page  fax    lol   will fax their  main # as well    everybody should fax them  they will not like that
