I am on call 7/24 and the last thing I need are these types of calls. This weekend I have been phoned 5 times at all hours. When I answer the line is dead. When I phone back from my cell I get a busy signal. When I phone back from my land line I get an "Invalid Number" message. There must be some way to put this guy out of business.

I've gotten sipp calling from (416) 477-0004 and (416) 778-5895.

Try complaining to the Do Not Call List (DNCL) run by the CRTC, here:https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/plt-cmp-engAlso, make sure you've registered your number on the DNCL... it isn't a permanent registration and does expire after a couple years, I think.Unfortunately, don't get your hopes up.  If I recall correctly, I think only one company has been fined for violating the DNCL so far, in the past couple of years.  And I think their jurisdiction is limited to Canada, so violators from other countries are still "untouchable".

Phone rang, I answered and said "Hello" three or four times, but there was only dead silence.How rude is that?  I tried to phone back but the line is always busy.If I find out who these jerks are I'll let you know ...
