Nothing at first, then he finally responded and asked for someone by first name.  He was loud, sounded happy, and there was some background noise - maybe machines.  When told the person was not available, I also asked who was calling.  He hung up right away.

Very rude man named Dan wanted to speak to the "man of the house" too bad there is not one in my house.  I make all decisions.  He actually told me "go back to the dishes" Extremely rude!!

Call twice to Calgary within 3 hours and no one is talking on the line when answer.
