It's not bell.  It's a scam.  They are trying to get you to enter your bell credentials on their website.  www.yourbellbonus.com, which is incidentally down now.  Do NOT enter any information.  Here is their DNS entry:

I just received a call from this number too saying that it was someone from the back office department at bell saying something about the new installation date of my new home phone and if I have any additional information to call 310-2355...what the heck I haven't had bell as my home phone provider for over 3 years and don't have a land line anymore.
