call to my phone. no idea what this is about. i do not have any medical reasons for this call. no message onanswering machine. called back and this number not available for incoming calls.

This is the outbound call number from the Foothills Hospital. The office assistant has always left a voice mail with the direct number to call the clinic at. Been using Dr Kaplan for about 10 years

Called during the day stating it was long distance 1 (403) 944-3260. Said it was Telus. It was not.

The lady said she was with Alberta Health doing a survey, I refused the survey. But I do not know if it was scammer ‘or’ real?

Got the same phone call this afternoon.

the number showed up on caller id ...........no message i have no health issues other than eye sight........have stayed self quarantined since the beginning due to covid am 66 and very healthy..........not sure what this is about.......maybe some phone computer glitch weird!

they called me just a few minutes ago, I *answered* and then the call was dropped. called back and got a message saying they don't know who would have called me but be patient and they will call me back.

I don't live in Calgary, I don't have a Calgary phone number, and have never been to any medical facilities in Calgary.

Caller: AHS - A Survey Lady - Very rude

This call was regarding an admission to the Bonnyville Hospital at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. IT WAS A SURVEY. However, I have called, written emails, letters etc to try to make a formal complaint to no avail. UNTIL this very last stay, they now call for a survey..f*cked right up. AHS is a corporation netting billions of dollars per year in profits. They are bullies, and if you live in a small town, like Bonnyville and you enter the hospital for help, if your netcare record is questionable you will be judged, set aside, neglected and so on. I would never recommend this hospital to anybody for anything. I would recomend taking the 25min drive to Cold Lake and get the care you need there. - Watch I bet this doesent get posted. im taking a screen shot to prove it.
