Why do these people keep harassing me? Can someone out there suggest a way to receive some help.

An indian male called from (403) 648-0813 asked for someone who did not exist and then proceeded to be rude when honestly told them that there was no one there by the name asked. Person did not identify self or state business. We need to put these people should be put in jail - no excuses.

Got a call today, no one was there, they just hung up.
