I/we live in Calgary & they (Dr. Green) do have multiple phone numbers & refuse to quit calling even after you say "NO" multiple times & even use profanity as some people are trying to recover from surgery, ect. Or are retired & such but they just continue to call!! Beware with the "403" area code as Dr. Green Have been around a long time & they do have a "403" area code.

(403) 910-0435 is another DR. Green number. They don't care if you say "No" they just continue to call with other numbers that you have blocked!!!!

Calls time & time again & continues even when you block the number! Guess they don't get the message!

This number called my house and hung up!  I tried it back, and it says its no longer in service!!  Whats going on?

Their service is terrible. They focused mainly on front lawn but did a lousy job in back lawn. Keep calling and ask for payment for servicr which never been performed.

I agree with you. I am completely dissatisfied. This is a collection person from Dr. Green her name "Julie". Foolish part is that she keep telling us that she is from Ontario, she is in Calgary. One continuous lie after another. There accounting department has not returned my calls, and they keep hassling a valuable customer. At our next block party I will relate this experience if it persist. They have been hassling my family for 5 month and they have not even completed their part of a contract that we paid for. In a world where customer service is essential for repeat business. They could have easily had as paying customer for a decade at $200-300 a year. What are they thinking!!!! We thought that hiring Dr. Green would reduce my weekend stress to maintain a yard, instead this has been an egregious mistake on both part; us trusting they would follow through on a contract and their for not following a contract.

It's Dr. Green (Lawn & Garden Care) in Calgary. They use multiple different phone #'s as well.
