Indications are that CIBC is scanning for active numbers in order to add you to their list. Just received one at 10:20pm, one ring, and then gone. I suspect I'll get a phone call from them soon or text message.

A single ring early in the morning. Extremely annoying!

I am in Buttonville, Ontario. I got this call "(403) 313-3718" this morning (Feb 27, 2013 @ 9:30), it ringed once.

I just had the same experience right now from this # holder.PEOPLE! STOP BLOGGING ,AS THIS PERSON IS A ATTENTION SEEKER AND MUST BE ENJOYING VIEWING ALL COMMENTS.IGNORE THIS CALL

I have seen this number show up a couple of times on my cell. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize so cant comment on what happens when you answer.Nuisance.

Call came in this morning (9:40 am EST) on my business cell phone. Nothing but dead air on the other end. First time I have seen this #.

I got a call from this number today (1-(403) 313-3718) and I returned it this morning, getting an "out of area" tone (doo-doo-beep! ... doo-doo-beep!)  Seems this is probably an automatic dialer.
