Indications are that CIBC is scanning for active numbers in order to add you to their list. Just received one at 10:20pm, one ring, and then gone. I suspect I'll get a phone call from them soon or text message.

I also received a call from the above mentioned number. One ring, then nothing.   I filed a complaint with the CRTC as Vp suggested above (www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca), and I strongly suggest everyone else do the same to hopefully stop the incessant calling by these losers.
