Indications are that CIBC is scanning for active numbers in order to add you to their list. Just received one at 10:20pm, one ring, and then gone. I suspect I'll get a phone call from them soon or text message.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND WAS EXPECTING  CALL FROM 403 AREA CODE SO ANSWERED IT.  NO ONE WAS THERE, TRIED TO CALL BACK AND WAS TOLD NO CALLS WERE BEING RECIEVED AT THIS NUMBER AT THIS TIME
