Indications are that CIBC is scanning for active numbers in order to add you to their list. Just received one at 10:20pm, one ring, and then gone. I suspect I'll get a phone call from them soon or text message.

Received call from this number:(403) 313-3718 on 27 Jan. 2013. Rang twice then disconnected. I'm in Ontario

Got it today around noon. I traced it to a Calgary (403 is an Alberta area code, and 313 is covered in Calgary). Glad I didn't actually notice the phone ringing.

i'm in Chateauguay (south shor Montréal), that (403) 313-3718 rang once, today Sunday 6 nov 09 at 11:40could it be that this is a home telemaketer who has to proof his (pseudo) work by showing a list of "called" phone numbers ?

1 not quite full ring and then nothing at 8.58am today....  and today I had planned to sleep in...

Just got a call from (403) 313-3718 as well and amazingly enough hung up on me when I answered. Cost me on my cell phone ;(
