The same low interest credit card offer.  Starts off by saying he is calling from Mastercard - VISA.  Well, since it is individual banks that issue credit cards, not some central Mastercard - VISA office, I knew it was a scam of some sort.  When the bad grammar became more apparent I just hung up.

Same experience as others. Wanted my credit card information promising me lower rates.  Refused to identify their company. SCAM
