Same experience as others. Wanted my credit card information promising me lower rates.  Refused to identify their company. SCAM

Somebody called me from (250) 980-3438 on Feb. 08/10 9:50am in Calgary telling me that I owe 100K on my visa and asking me about my and my husband?s visa statement. After I told that I don?t know my husband?s statement and that my statement shows $0 balance they hung up on me.

"Jacob" at some call center trying to sell some sort of financial service.  I told them to remove my # from their call list.  So far, so good.

same thing as above.. it sounded like a really crowded call centre.. they were offering me a lower interest rate. i just hung up on them. they keep calling.

Took a while to hear anything - sounded far away - heavily accented voice - couldn't understand - when I said pardon me they cut the connection.
