did not know the number so i did not answer did not leave any messages when you call back the number is invalide

the usual your credit isnt in trouble now, but lower your interest.  Press 1 to be connected or 2 to not receive the call again, pressed 2 of course invalid, pressed one and got someone told her not to call me again, she told me she WILL call again and hung up

I got a call from this number...answered "hello" repeatedly but no response. I hung up.

Called impersonating as "Visa Lower interest Department". I asked if he was from VISA and he said yes. it was a lie as Visa does not have this department. When I told him he was lying he became obnoxious. I told him impersonating Visa was illegal, and he became even more obnoxious. i told him he was Pathetic and Hung up. these Crooks need their Rear kicked and thrown in Jail. Scumbags.

Scam

Asked for expiry date on card (any card) and the numbers.....stated that I was eligible for lower interest rate....I would not give my no. over the phone and he started to argue with me.  I ended up hanging up...
