These are very interesting posts...I got a phone call the other night asking if I would take "a short survey"...with questions about whether I recycled, did I think the air quality was good in my town, did I have asthma.  I asked who she was doing the survey for, the answer was unintelligable.  I then told her that the minute was up.  She then wanted to know my name, which I didn't give.  A few nights later I got a phone call, the display said A A S.  I didn't answer it.  Decided to google the number and this is where I got.  I'm glad for the heads up.
A lot of years ago, a similar thing happened.  Got a phone call "out of the blue" one morning saying I won a prize and they would come by soon.  A salesman came to the door, with a sales pitch about a revolutionary air system -- a vaccuum cleaner -- was $1400.  The "prize" were coupons for renting a rug shampooer at a "reduced" cost.  What a joke!
So you can see...this tactic has been around and around and around.  Don't answer and don't fall prey to them.

well I guess you get the dumb [***] of the year award.  Legit company hence why they have been fined ovr $4000 and ordered to pay back over $5000?  they should have to pay back every penny and shut down.

Cute little girl came to the door and talked to my husband about air purification (OH NOTE HERE NEVER TOLD HIM THEY WERE FROM A PRIVATE COMPANY).  Very nice and polite did not think anything about it.  Calls started tonight and the # was bugging me so I did a little Google serch and look where I ended up.

Soooooo when I called the number back and asked that my # be removed from the data base I was told to wait, and then he came back and informed me that the guy who called was busy so what was my name??  I then started to tell him my number and was informed that he could not look any thing up by number???  Hey buddy you just went looking for the guy who called my number without me giving it to you so remove the number from the database the same way!!!

Long and short as said above tell them to remove your # from the data base or you are calling the RCMP and then if they call back CALL THE RCMP!

I feel sorry for all of you and feeling lucky myself that i did research about this company because i just got hired today as a sales representative as i saw this job on the internet and then been there for an interview by manager and they started their presentation and then after an interview for just 3 minutes !!!! omg!! i was kinda of surprised and excited that they hired me and offering a base salary
+ commission and then i searched and ended up with this page!

I must admit, it's a good product but if you can't afford it. Get out of the contract as soon as possible b/c they are crooks and don't give a dam about you. They just want your money!! And they lie!!
