Had this happen to me tonight .. Said they were stoping by at 830 to give me my prize .. I called them back and said I wasn't comfortable with this and they hung up on me .. Called my husband and we called the cops who called them and told them not to bother coming to our house or thy will arrest them for trespassing !! Wish I read this first

I would really like to talk to the low life,bottom dweller,who made the mistake of taking a lot my mother's limited income.I belive they got her phone number from my x mother in-law, lorraine's mom as stated above.They came to mom's house with some real song and dance about being a needing student of some kind. It was said because of age she needed a air cleaner so she could expect to live a lot longer. I feel this is a total scam, the air cleaner has not been used and it is maybe a 100.00's worth of plastic not 1500.00. I will not let this go. I am going to dig into this real deep and do some real good advertising (NOT THE GOOD STUFF) for them.B.B.B and the R.C.M.P. have been spoken to already and thats just the start.

Good company? Solid rep? Yes, solidly dismal. Many companies give away gifts in advertising with a lot less aggressive and ignorant methods. Must work for the company.

After posting my letter on this website- I contacted the Better Buisness Bureau- and Advanced Air Supply agreed to refund all but $200.00 of the $1450.00 air filter. Apparently the $200.00 had already been paid out to the salesman. I am happy with the result of this in my case- but still worry about vulnerable people dealing with high pressure salesman.

They called my home-phone 4 times. Caller ID showed their name as "unavailable" and their telephone-number as "2020" (yes, only 4 digits).  Finally, I answered, and asked for their telephone-number and their company name, which she gave as (250) 380-0029 and 'SPT'.After the SECOND time of telling her that she was calling a number on the National Do Not Call List, she said that she would stop calling my number.
