These guys are skip tracers. Perhaps you guys owe money like myself and this is why they call. They use a trick, offer you money etc but in order to collect you must give them your name, address, contact number such as work etc, and then once they confirm your identity they send you the collection notice. Simple as that. I suspect the culprits are calling from (604) 484-6900.
