How to Report?

I also got the exact same message on my phone.  I would like to report this Spammer but not sure to who?  Do not reply to it or go to the site.
 

The Real Doug

As dumb luck would have it, this same message turned up on my wife's cell phone.  I actually am named Doug.  No idea if this is a coincidence or if they mined my name from the phone bill????  It came as a text from (204) 962-7954 today, Feb 21, 2013 @ 8:06 pm Manitoba time."Doug here is the hookup site I told you I am getting tons of action on, HookupGTA.com. Way easier than POF, you will do well on there. Do you still need a ride?"   My wife was initially questioning me when she saw it was a hookup site.  Glad I could show her your site so she now knows this is a fraud and scam.  There's no lower life form than a SPAMMER !!!  Doug
