Got a call from them on August 5, 2012.  They said they were calling from Micosoft because they received notices of critical errors on my computer.

Please hang us when they call, do not let them access your computer because if you do not buy their security software, they erase everything on your computor.

A computerized voice called talking something about frausd. I don't remember if they said my name, but they asked that I call the number back.When I did it said I needed a metro PCS calling card to get through. I called from another number and it just rang.

i received a call from impcsupport and they told me that my computer is infected. i listened to the technician and asked him to show me the problems and errors in the computer. He was good and well cultured and showed me the problems and errors and helped me to remove those bad files from my computer and helped me to save my important files. i don't understand where is scam in this. the technician was an expert and was able to understand me .

i don't see any kind of scam in this.
