Sound like a spam. Wanted some access to my computer.Said they were working for microsoft!

i too got a call from impcsupport, but mine is a complete different story. Well, i got a call from a man who said he a technician and will show me the faults and errors in my computer. He was very humble and polite and was good cultured , he then asked me to open my computer and told me that my computer was infected with bad and harmful files that were causing slow speed of my computer. the man from impcsupport said he'll guide me to delete those files and with the help of few software he repaired my computer. its been quite a long that my computer is working good and i am happy with the services delivered to me.

I have a call  25 aout 2012, from this number, the same history. Well, i got a call from a man who said he a technician and will show me the faults and errors in my computer. He was very humble and polite and was good cultured , he then asked me to open my computer and told me that my computer was infected with bad and harmful files that were causing slow speed of my computer.He wanted to sell me a program for clean my computer,i dont want to pay for that.and i quit .But after that. i  have gave an acces ,at my computer and my information ,im afffraid now,they serve this information and i will have a probleme after that.he gave the number from recall Christ green (204) 800-2612 when i decid to cleaner.
