just receive that same call.   Apparently the guy is calling from London. couldn't understand the company name but i understood he was from microsoft.  He told me that i had a spam in my computer and no antivirus could detect it ! he gave me a phone # and a name : Daniel William employee # 418 and phone # (204) 800-2612

i received a call from impcsupport and they told me that my computer is infected. i listened to the technician and asked him to show me the problems and errors in the computer. He was good and well cultured and showed me the problems and errors and helped me to remove those bad files from my computer and helped me to save my important files. i don't understand where is scam in this. the technician was an expert and was able to understand me .

i don't see any kind of scam in this.

A computerized voice called talking something about frausd. I don't remember if they said my name, but they asked that I call the number back.When I did it said I needed a metro PCS calling card to get through. I called from another number and it just rang.
