call begins "this is an important message from card holder services" - so a credit card scam of one type or another perpetrated by peple who are not fit to wade through our s**t. Block em. Don't answer. BTW they aren't really calling from 204 (Manitoba, Canada) - the call is spoofed

This number called my place today, and did not leave any message, at approx 11:50 AM.   Reading all the reviews on this scammer prompted me to submit a comment.  The call display just showed "Manitoba"
