They keep calling me. yesterday thry said they were from the Ottawa Citizen wanting me to sign up using a credit card. Today they called saying I hadn't paid my bill for some Calgary newspaper - i live in ontario.it's the same guy every times - wish he'd take a hint and stop calling

Same number just called me as well. I live in Toronto, have never been to Manitoba and have no connections there. Didn't answer the phone.

(204) 284-0838 called again today. No one on the line this time. Same message when you call back. "Not in Service".  Bell Canada will not do anything about this type of consumer terrorism. Don't waste your time calling them. They suggest signing up for a call blocking service at XX dollars/month. It is like complaining to Darth Vader about the air conditioning system - they just don't care! Anyone care to comment?

This number (which we have blocked, but call display still records it as "Manitoba") calls *every* 45 minutes for a few hours, then stops, then starts again the next day. I can't stand it.

I received a missed call from this number too on Dec 10th and got the same prompt when I called it back. Based on the area code, it seems to be a call originating from Winnipeg Manitoba. I thought that I missed a important call from the CRA etc. but turned out to be junk call!!! Sucks!
