I was ignoring call, I thought it was a scam. Finally I picked up, this is a call for a follow up on my self isolation. Please pick up this call.

After traveling from the Usa they have called me twice to make sure I have committed to Be quarantined For 14 days! I have 3 days left thank god I have a pool! I would suggest you answer this number.

I am now practicing how to do this 14 days at home.My health is very good.

Called claiming to be Public Health Canada saying I had recently traveled outside Canada thanking me for quarantining. I did not travel at all.

I received the call at my parents but I’m quarantine in a hotel. How to reach them ?

As someone who has recently travelled outside of Canada, here is some information on how to keep members of your household safe while you are in quarantine.

You must do this by:

Washing your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
Covering your mouth and nose with your arm when coughing or sneezing.
Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces within the home regularly.
Do not have visitors.
Avoiding contact with individuals with chronic conditions, compromised immune systems, and older adults.
Remember: You must continue to respect the Emergency Order to isolate.

Calls constantly. No nexus with Canada.

Caller: She said she was form gov of Canada.....

She called twice saying she was from the Government of Canada (no branch just gov of Canada) searching for a man named Abdul. I told her twice that I don’t know him and that this number, I’ve had for 1 year. Didn’t give any more details. Will post again if she calls back
