Don't know for sure IF they meant to do a prank call or someone was busy on noisy machine not hearing my hello. Twice and stayed on at least fifteen minutes each time. Suspicious call.

They dont't stop!!!! Everyday and its always some foreign dude saying his name is Josh or Mike with a heavy accent. Sure it is buddy, if you're lying about your name, what else could you be lying about? I prefer to get my ducts cleaned from someone who has an actual sanitary system in their country.

Waste their time and cost them money.  Go through with the call and tell them you will get your ducts cleaned. Tell them you moved half a year ago and give them a fake address (your local police stations or fire departments).  Tell them that they called your office number and you are not happy with that and ask them to change your number to a fake one.  If everyone does this you will waste their time, cost them money and embarrass the telemarketing firm, because whoever got the call will be lambasted by the guys who show up at the fake address.

Well since you thought their services were fantastic why don't you share their info whith the rest of us who are being harrassed. For the past year I've been receving calls from this company.   I'm on the do not call list and when I ask them to stop they call more frequently, some times 3 and more calls a day.   I've made many many complaints but nothing is being done. I as well as many others would appreciate that information. I'm sure there is a phone number or address on the invoice you would have recived when you made payment. Again it would be much appreciated.

Just got a call from this number wanting to clean the ducts in our house.  I am also on the do not call list. When I asked for his company's phone number he asked "why?" and hung up on me. (One way to end the conversation!)

Most people are too polite with these bottom feeder scumbags. They won't respect that you are on a do not call list. Keep them on the phone and ask lots of dumb questions and to repeat themselves or speak louder or slower. Wasting their time is no guarantee that will stop phoning you .  Don't try to reason with them because they will keep calling you over and over and over again.  When all else fails, try swearing at them in Hindi and see what happens.http://www.youswear.com/index.asp?language=Hindi

A guy called to ask for the home owner, then he began to sell "Duct cleaning". ?Even though you reject his request, he still calls you again. If you pick up the phone, they will call you bi-weekly and asked for the same question. If you don't pick up the phone, they will call you everyday.
