OK Sully.   Thank you for posting your comments.  It has helped me fit the information into what I also have collected.  This Rupen also likes to network via "Bell Canada" First of all.  The person at the head of all this (who has also called my home) is a Tamil Indian by the name of Rupen Balaram aka Rupen Balaram-Sivaram (check him out on facebook) he is a dis-barred Paralegal who has lost his license more than once.That phone number that was given to you to call on their behalf belongs to Rupen Balaram, BSR Legal Enterprise.  This Rupen is also connected to the Duct Cleaning Companies (owner if I recall correctly). Read through the different company names, Top Line Duct Cleaning Services (416) 410-5680 and you will find it is owned by Albert Johnson P***  A name used by Rupen.  Read what the people complaining are saying.   There is a definite connection between this man and the Duct Cleaning Companies.    See also Classic Air Duct Cleaning, and Top Airduct cleaning, and GTA Home Service Company..  One of the people that was harassing me gave me the number 416-410-5680, this is a company Rupen Balaram is listed as being the President of....BSR Legal Enterprises on Spadina Ave.   He is part and parcel to what is going on here.   Check it all out yourself.  And by the way, I have reported these people to the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre at 1-+1 800-495-8501 e-mail <info @ antifraudcentre.ca>I think you people should also do the same once you have reviewed what I am saying and only if you agree with it.

This company has been calling me 3 times a week for over 3 months too. From the call display, the number shows (905) 342-1223. When I called the number, the answer is "the number is not in service". Today (Nov. 26, 2011) they called me twice. For the first time, I asked for their phone number and address, however, they stopped the call after hearing my request. For the second time, I expressed to know more about their services by asking some questions like "how do you clean dust?", "whare are you located?" etc. They told me they are located in Toronto, the caller's name is Howard, their phone numer is (416) 800-0798...I told him to NOT call me anymore and add me on their do not call list as always when they called, but no effect. How can we stop this phone call and take cautions to avoid them? From my point view, this is not only NOT use their service but also some things behind it.

Someone better fess up about this s**t. I have a 6 month baby and they called my house 6 times within an hour and a half. Im gonna lose it

I got a call last week from these people and here is the two websites http://www.daductcleaners.com and http://www.coolbreezehomeservices.com Which is the exact same scam and exact same company but under different names. Just look at the contact info and look what it says in the first part of the about us section Company History Cool Breeze Home Services,Inc was founded in April of 1989 by Ron Mathews then when you click on the other site Company History The Duct Cleaners of Canada,Inc was founded in April of 1989 by Ron Mathews. So this idiot is telling all of us he ran two companies back in 1989? Everyone should contact the police for harassment and the anyone else that will listen.

DONT CALL ME!!!gettin fed up w these scammers i just might do that :)
