a message to this caller " someone is looking for you already" get ready

F***!!! me too!! they called me 3-4 times every day and early in the morning too!!!

can anyone please tell me how to prevent them from calling me again? i use telus

These people are driving me stark staring mad!  Yesterday they called my house 11 times!  They are trying to collect a debt which was paid two years ago (and I have the canceled cheque to prove it.)  They just say their records show the debt outstanding and that I have to send them a cheque.  they are arrogant and ignorant and more persistent than a wasp at a honey jar.

both the same message and keep alternating calling
12 calls today alone. usually about 25-30 minutes apart
after pressing 1, there is another message "please hold we will connect you"
waited 10 minutes no response hung up.

will be going to the head offices next week to clear this up in person.

Do you have the address to head office! I get the same calls every single day!
