i'm using fido (which is related to rogers, like how koodo is related to telus and solo is to bell). mine calls with the same automated message every time that starts off with, "need to help you get this result. an agent is waiting to assist you with this important matter press "1" now." with no mention of who they are. and i since i had extra minutes and was curious i went on and pressed '1'. and then it just told me to wait and wait and wait, and then in the end says that their agents are busy and gives me some crappy excuse. i think it's the phone company just trying to waste my minutes

They call several time each day, knowing full well that I don't owe any money. I have spoken to them and advised them to stop. This is a total abuse of the telephone system.

I've had receiving this call 10 times a day since last month. I already registered DoNotCall list right after I've this home phone from Rogers in May, but it doesn't help at all even I filed complaint. Wheneve I pick up the phone, there is only a recording to tell you press any number to speak to the agent.

I called them back and explained that the person they were looking for was not at this number and they said that they have removed the number now and I will not be receiving any further calls.

The number calls my house once a day (min) and there is a voice that says " for english press one" and then there is a loud beeping noise as if someone is holding down a button on the phone and it repeats itself. I keep hanging up but my mom pressed one like it asked and it said "thank you" and hung up?! We are going to look at our phone bill and see if we got charged... DONT press one ... we did as we usually get long distance collect calls and thought it was someone we knew... yikes
