They've called me 5 times in less than an hour. I've finally blocked their number. They should be put out of business

Unsolicited phone calls.

I havent signed up for anything, in fact only one person has the number they called twice this morning alone. So no, Crystle, you didn't have to sign up for anything for these people to call.

They called me saying they are going to be in kanata on the 16th, I said I'm not going to be in the city in that week and she was like oh ok and hang the phone!

Received their call last week on my cell while I was at work. I declined and clearly stated I'm not interested. I have 2 calls from them today. Didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. for everyone here, there is a new legislation starting Sept. 30 called the Do Not Call List (DNCL). Every company is required by law to maintain one. If you receive a call from Canadian Baby (or from any other such seller) you can ask to be put on the DNC List. If they don't, you can make a compliant and they will be fined hard enough to learn a lesson for future.

I signed up for NOTHING (I've learned my lesson the hard way in the past) and they are calling me... mulitple times a day, and not leaving messages. So no, not all of us signed up for ANYTHING, and they are still calling. Regardless, even if someone did sign up for something like that, they're still entitled to "b***h" about this company calling multiple times a day and not leaving messages, especially after being asked to be put on the DNCL.

Ok so these people called me 3 times in one day!!! I didnt answer and how they got my number I have no idea. I have never registered for online for anything for my daughter or been to any baby expos... They could have left a message since it seems its soooooo important to call 3 times in one day over a 5 hour span. How do they get our number or better yet how do they know we have finally delivered?

They have been calling both my, and my husband's, personal CELL phones about five times per day.  Asked to be removed from both lists - one was effective, one wasn't.  The real quandry is where they got our phone numbers from.  Mine was a brand NEW number and the only non-family member to receive it was Parents Canada Magazine.  They will now be getting an earful from me.

I received my first call from this number about the free photo session in my home.  I just asked if she could call back later as I have to speak with my husband.  She somehow knew my baby's name.  I have registered for a lot of things but nothing that would be connected to a Welcome Wagon (I have never even heard of that before).  She said that someone had referred us, probably at an in store baby or maternity shop and they do the Anne Geddes style portraits.  I have registered at Babies R Us but that was while I was pregnant and did not even know the gender, let alone have a name picked out.  And I have shopped at Thyme Maternity, but again this was before the baby was born.  I know I have registered online for certain things and I believe I have entered my child's name as it was one of the fields (which was probably my first mistake).  I am a little leery because no one forewarned me I would get a call about this, plus, although I missed the opportunity for newborn shots, my daughter is now 4 months old and probably a bit too old for those types of photographs

My babies are 6 months now and these ppl have been calling me since they were two weeks old. They force themselves on you the two times I did answer they are like I'm in the area tomorrow at 2 and it will take half an hour even after I say no she's like oh you really don't have half an hour to spend? No maybe it will take 45 min for twins.. No I have two babies to take care of..
