I gave him last week 10000 flyers to distribute in Ajax, with $700 cheque. He cleared the cheque and now I am trying to call him buy he is not answering. I want to make complaint about him, please advise from where I start.

Normally I do my research before using these small companies but because i was in a rush to get my flyers deilvered before the deadline of July 31, 2012, I took a chance with these guys. This guy called Andrei Bondarenco came and collected my 7000 flyers and collect a cheque (which he was able to cash the same day) -  but never delivered any of the flyers.I am about to call the RCMP, report him to BBB(which seems to be useless) and also take them to court.  I know that he banks with Toronto Dominion Bank at 2453 Yonge Street. I would like to connect with all the guys on here who have been scammed by this  company and are planning to sue. Same as above - I keep getting faxes and keep calling only to be told my fax number has been removed. If you call the number for more information no one ever answers! Whats the point of this fax???

Now they are spam emailing.

I found when I opened their Word document it was for the company you mentioned but it also put spamware on my computer!

This is a company called Direct Flyer Distribution. They will innundate you with faxes and when you call the number on the bottom of the fax to have your number removed as per the law, it is ALWAYS busy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I gave him 6000 flyers and a cheque in $405, He said will delivery 2000 at July 28, Friday and 4000 at Canada Post following week. Too bad I have trusted him before I read this Blog, in the meantime, i did call my bank to stop the cheque, which it has not been clear, but 6000 flyer worth $500+, and was expecting more business in the weekend, Police should catch this guy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am filing a 2nd complaint with the CRTC on these idiots today.  I have used their FAX number removal at least 3 times over the past few months which I guess they simply ignore.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST now for over 30 days, so this complaint and the last one I filed should each cost them $1,500.  If everyone would do this, we could put them out of business.  It's time the law had some teeth in it!
