I have received numerous calls from this number asking me if I am the one who pays the phone bill, duh like Im going to give out any personal information to some person who doesnt even announce who they are, or call me late in the evening,they have told me they are with Bell Canada, they have also hung up on me numerous time, Im fed up so they have been reported !

Received a call from (905) 845-4646 tonight.,saying he is calling from bell canada.I told him we don't want any service and hanged up. He called back in a second and used some bad words.I am trying calling that number back but no one picks up.

the number on display is 1-(905) 845-4646 the agent's name is Rajiv (if he gave the correct name) the first call came in at 05:18pm after saying i'm not intrested in the service they are offering the person kept insisting on buying bell tv.  i told them i'm on DNCL and don't call me. after i hung up he kept calling every two minutes and started calling me names in indian language. he asked me for my credit card number and called me cheap after i refused.i don't think this person is afraid of CRTC at all.

Got a call from this guy, he was going into a spiel, and then I looked it up, found these testimonials, and told him to take a hike.Guy had his story all wrong, thought I had a home phone with Bell and such.

Got a call yesterday from this number (905) 845-4646) and spoke to a guy who claimed to be a Bell representative. I've had some negative experiences with Bell internet in the past (repeatedly dropped connection) and told him that I've been in contact with Bell on a regular basis since I began using their services. He claimed that the call was regarding customer satisfaction, to which I responded that mine was low in terms of technical difficulties, but relatively high in terms of customer service (in my experience, Bell employees have always been very good).

He told me that he could check to see whether my internet was working, and I responded that that was not necessary as I'd been working online it when he called. He didn't seem to understand this logic. He kept repeating that the call was regarding customer satisfaction, but did not seem satisfied with my responses related to the topic. Finally, I told him that I was too busy to continue the call, and he asked when a better time to call would be. I responded that I will initiate calls with Bell when I feel it necessary, and asked to be removed from their call list.

No such luck, I have received two calls from the same number before 10am the following day.

Advice -- if you need to discuss your phone/internet/cable services, it's in your best interest to initiate the call yourself. If you're hesitant about an offer, take the callers employee ID number and call the service provider back yourself (note -- don't call the number they offer, call Bell/Rogers/other SP directly and ask about the validity of the offer). It's the only way to be sure that they are truly representing the company they claim to represent.
