I got this call on my cell phone, I know it is an incomplete number but thats how it was displayed, a recorded message was left about great discounts on reducing credit card dept. I guess telemarketing has arrived on cell phones now, bummer. I should send them a bill for using up my air time!!

I Got the same call I'm using Bell. Incomplete number bell should reject it!!!

Just missed a call from 778-300-143 as I was in the yard. A 3x3 digit phone number? I thought it odd & no message. Thought to see if anyone else had received a similar call from this unusual number. Didn't miss much it seems. It's a newish phone so I'll have to see if I can setup to block or ignore it in the future.

ditto for me today on my pay-as-you-go Telus. I emailed Telus and told me to credit my account as the number was incomplete, so why was 778-300-143 put through? picked up only cause area code (778 is uncommon), was same as family member. How does one get off these telemarketer lists????
