Received call and went to voicemail with no message being left. I called back but the recording said the number is not in service?? Looks like telemarketers have something new to work through!

I just got the same call from the same number at 8:12 pm tonight. Is it Mayor Linda Jeffries robocalls? I had a recorded vmail from her.
