Got a letter saying I won a contest for $140,000.  When I call all it says is we are having technical difficulties...  No evidence on the internet about this one from Valley Trust in Ontario Canada.  Can't find evidence of any existence of the bank on the check or Hartford Financial in Florida.  Comments are appreciated concerning this.  They have not called me.  I hope that I wasn't charged for calling this number.
