Yes, this is some kind of long distance company, when I called back to find out who they are I was put through very strange switch board to finally hear someone speaking Russian to me... I couldn't get the company name from them, unfortunately.

got a call and had a lady say do you speak russian. i said no! said sorry and hung up. this number had been calling non stop

Call me and never leave messages.  Call daily.Just found out this is an Indian call center for NECC Canada. They are a long distance company.  The call center's computer answers in English and often pushes you to the Russian trained Indian employees.  When they hear English they usually hang up on you.I finally reached an English speaking lady and she said she would TRY to transfer me to customer service. They obviously have crummy phone systems and training. This is nothing but disrespect to the public at large.  I would recommend boycotting NECC Canada

Received another call again - called back and was told that it was a russian long distance company.  A female answered.
