Just found out this is an Indian call center for NECC Canada. They are a long distance company.  The call center's computer answers in English and often pushes you to the Russian trained Indian employees.  When they hear English they usually hang up on you.
I finally reached an English speaking lady and she said she would TRY to transfer me to customer service. They obviously have crummy phone systems and training. This is nothing but disrespect to the public at large.  I would recommend boycotting NECC Canada

Caller hung up - have received two calls in the last week from this number

got a call and had a lady say do you speak russian. i said no! said sorry and hung up. this number had been calling non stop
