Some company called "CCL" who leaves both automated messages and nasty ones. Thing is I don't have any known "outstanding business matters" and when I call back I'm on hold forever. They call non stop, all hours of every single day. I've also never received anything written from this company.

I got a new home phone number so I can use the front door buzzer in my building, and the hour the phone got hooked up, these guys started calling.  They call several times a day, they wake me up in the morning, leave voicemails at night, and call all weekend.  I've tried to call their number to get removed from their list, but no one ever picks up.  If I answer the phone and tell them that I don't know the person they're trying to reach, they accuse me of lying and ask me for my personal information.  No, and no.  Vonage doesn't allow me to block their number and now I'm looking for legal recourse.

This company phones us at least once a week and yes phone back and no one seems to care who u are for real.  Just a lot of questions about the person they think they have found and to call back on there toll free number and give a ref#.  Did that and even said that I will seek legal counsel if they did not take me off their list. The person that they are trying to reach has never been at this residence ever.  We have lived at our house for over 40yrs.
