Legitimate phone call from Canadian Tire Financial Services. I didn't answer and they left a voice mail message. I called the number on the back of my Mastercard to ensure it was legit. Sure enough it is, they called to confirm a purchase I had made to an irregular address. All good. :)

I just received a call from the same number. They are legit. They have called me about a transaction which i just did online!

This is a legitimate number for Canadian Tire. They were calling to confirm an online purchase.

It's just the Canadian tire HR team, can confirm. Work for a cantire company, they called back as I was expecting an HR call. Yall can relax

very bad calling and no body many times ,and when calling them say said check the number you are calling .

The call is legit for me. I applied for a points reward card at their gas station the other day. They were calling to verify info. Nothing provided by me that someone couldn't get out of a phone book, on me.

They are calling from Canadian Tire Mastercard collections

They call because I made a big purchase yesterday.

That is a valid outbound phone number for CT Options Mastercard.  It can be any department calling for any reason.  You are unable to return the call to that number but can call the phone number on the back of your card and they will direct you to the correct department or they will call you back if it's important.   Bottom line it is a valid phone number for them.

I finally had a chance to  call them back. It's Canadian Tire  Mc . Seems someone got the card no.. and used it for a trip to Lebanon, how nice of them.People please answer your phone. Who  needs fraud on their card.

When they ask you to call back, they give a 1-800 number which is different from the call id #... if you don't have a/your card, the number on the back of a CT MC card is 1-+1 800-459-6415
