They called my number several times a day for an entire week but would never leave a message! Today at 7:56pm I answered the call only to be greeted by a woman with a very thick East Indian accent wanting to do a survey of parents opinions on education in Ontario.

I am not a student, but they keep calling and never leaves a message. I don't answer, so screw 'em.

Its a survey from Ford to get feedback if you bought a ford or had a service done. Then they forward that feedback to the dealership to resolve if there are any issues. This helps the dealership/service center to improve customer service. If a customer complaints about anything, the dealership has to get to the roots of it.
