Its a survey from Ford to get feedback if you bought a ford or had a service done. Then they forward that feedback to the dealership to resolve if there are any issues. This helps the dealership/service center to improve customer service. If a customer complaints about anything, the dealership has to get to the roots of it.

I am not a student, but they keep calling and never leaves a message. I don't answer, so screw 'em.

Its a Ford Canada research company, call the number back youll hear it go through the menu than at the end it will give you the number for the do not call list. They hounded me for weeks untill I snapped called the number and got put on the do not call/ I have heard a lot of people who have purchased a ford in the past 3-5 years is getting hounded with this survey call.
