this number keeps popping up, don't they have regulations about harassing phone numbers?

Just called Rogers, apparently the number is for a company called Allstream.

got a call...late last night...allstream number out of Thornhill...called back a number of times and it's busy each time shortly after (416) 646-8801 called which i have blocked and they still got through....that number is from allstream too

I got a call from (905) 695-5520 and when I picked up the receiver, no one answered. I think the phone company should aggressively stop this phone harrassment, because I notice that many people have been harassed using the phone company.

Been getting calls from this number for a few days. No one ever on the line & only busy signal when called back.

this number calls me daily, nobody there, called back, dead air.
