Just received a call from this number. Would not answer any of my questions about who they were, where did I fill out this 'survey', etc. They told me I won a $200 gift of some sort...wasn't really listening. And when I kept asking questions, she just hung up. I tried calling back to have them take me off their call list...no answer, no voicemail.

Received a call from NCA advising I had won a gift package worth $200 as a result of my filling in a Health Quetionaire on June 17, 2011.  Could their delivery person drop by between 2-3 this afternoon?  In addition would I allow this person to show us this 300T Electronic Devis, and not to worry if we do not like it just say so, the delivery person is just a student and doesnt really care one way or the other.
I did give my first Name and unfortunately gave my husbands.  Duh!  Then said I didnt think my husband would be home between 2-3, then she said between 3-4 I said NO, then she said how about 6-7, and I said NO we definitely would not be available!!! daaa huh?
Is this a scam and when I tried calling them back no answer and no voice mail.

I got a call from the same company but different number (905) 688-3151) today, and she told the same storry as above. She knew our address and my housband's name but did not know my name. She asked my name in order to put that on the $200 gift card, and I gave it to her. She said that their delivery person is in nearby area and will deliver the $200 gift card shortly, and someone else is calling shortly to coordinate the delivery. I got a second call in about 2 minutes after this from this number (905) 688-8922) and another lady asked if my housband is at home to receive the delivery. I said yes and she just haung up. Now as I searched for this number on the web I understood that this is all a hoax, but I do not know what they are up to.

I received the same call as you only it was for a filter that needed to be plugged in.  At first they tell you that they are just dropping off the $200.00 gift pack.  What a crock.  Eventually I must have tired the girl out asking so many questions, she hung up.

I believe this number may be from a man who came to my door offering $200 in free groceries.  I think it may be an air cleaning company just from the literature I saw in the man's hand who came to my door, therefore, telemarketing.
