Called twice now - Didnt answer both times but I felt like I should research the number.. apparently its some sort of scam so im not answering it.. but I tried calling back and got a dial tone like ur making an outgoing call. No ring just pure dial tone. Totally weird since thats like impossible.. well if anyone gets a call from this number just dont answer it.

OK these people are scammers. They use calling cards from India and act as Bell or other companies trying to get your sin number, which explains why you can't call back and explains why they ask you if you speak hindi or sound like a indian or a ****. I am not sure why they use this method since no one buys from telemarketers and who ever does its quit dumb, but these people are dumber haha but fun to talk to.

left no message on machine and I called back and received a dial tone like you were just stating to make a call all over again.
