Of course it's a scam! You never get anything for free! What are these people gaining from those dumb enough to call in? Just got one of these cards today I'm also in Edmonton...

I scratched three sevens. Hotline number to call from Kelowna is (250) 763-2323. Front of the card says if you scratch 3 of the same symbols then see the back of the card for the prize that you MAY HAVE won. Sure looks like a scam to me. I'm sure that if you call them you will receive all kinds of calls from telemarketers in the future.

It would be more helpful to us if instead of being vulgar you would share your experience.
