I received 3 calls from this number with no answer and getting fed up with this crap!

If you want them to stop calling, just answer the call and tell them to take your number off of their list. If you don't answer, the workers are forced by management to schedule another call for you (usually the same day) and this will continue each time that you do not answer. If you just hang up (or yell/play a loud noise/etc.), the same will happen. If you tell them you're not interested, they might wait a month or so to call back (hoping you're interested or they can talk you into it at that point). They are a legitimate company, they make a good but expensive product, and they only call during the hours that are allowed by law. If you ask them to remove you from their list they will do it.

Previously working there, I can tell you this: you don't want them to call you, put your name on the NATIONAL Do Not Call List. Google search it, you'll find it, register your number. Make sure its the CANADIAN one.Landmark periodically obtains updates from the National DNCL, and that is something they MUST abide by, as it is law.If you all can read as well, make sure you look at the fine print on the National DNCL website. Telemarketers, once they put you on their internal DNCL, or once you register your number with the National DNCL, are allowed to call you up to 31 days from the date you made the request. Also search the website for "Who can still call you" because there are numorous organizations exempt from the regular DNCL. As another note, DNCL is not PERMANANT! The National DNCL only keeps your number registered for 5 years, so make note of the date it expires, and extend it when you need to! As for internal DNCLs, I'm not sure.Also, you hear "silence" because its an automatic dialer and it connects to you before an agent does. Wait about 10-15 seconds, and you should hear someone.

This number has called me at least 50 times in the last 5 months, i have returned calls and left nasty msgs about calling the cops, its harassment, they hang up on who ever answers.....today i will try and get ahold of who ever is in charge!!! i don't want your damn windows especially now after all this crap!!!! You really think harassing people will make them buy windows!! IDIOTS!!!!
