We got the letter, which was strange because it arrived at my parents address with my wifes name... not sure how they got that name and address linked together. Anyway the letter was from Universal Research Inc. and list Canton Georgia. I ran a reverse phone lookup on the number ( the internet is great) and found it is  from Canada

City: Brampton Province: ON Country: CANADA
and it is a CELL PHONE.!!!!
