Same thing here, everyday around 3-3:30 in the afternoon i get a call from this number and its quite annoying, especially because there is no one for me to yell at on the other end for constantly calling me!! This needs to somehow be taken care of, without having to block the number and get charged for it.

A friend of mine called me via Skype from Europe and my call display was showing this very number.

Picked up, no answer on first hello, said hello again, reliance home comfort agent comes on. They've called repeatedly over the past few weeks, very very annoying.

they called and left a message on my phone. the person was yelling but they talked in an accent i couldnt understand

This guy called my house at 1:20am and 1:45am and then shortly after 2:00am I told him what I would do to him if he ever grew a pair.  At 3:30am a taxi came to our house I confirmed with the taxi company that it was this guy who called for the taxi.  This guy needs to get a LIFE!!!!
