Why does this number keep calling?

I agree with Will - 7 Oct 2008 - This is a number that skype users calls are bounced through.  I think that anyone using skype has the possibility of being bounced through this number.

Picked up, no answer on first hello, said hello again, reliance home comfort agent comes on.

They've called repeatedly over the past few weeks, very very annoying.

just called me and did the same thing4:50pm

Relliance heating company. Their phone system is retarded, they take forever to get through the caller.
