I got a call from them today from a women and it said to call back if i wanted my message. sounds like a scam call to me, but if anyone finds out more about it please let me know.

Okay, they never called me back with info, but here's the deal...It's Cindy Pineda, an employee at the collection agency "D & A Collections Corp" in Mississauga, Ontario. I got a call from them today. I called it back (after standard business hours) and got the voicemail of "Cindy", the voicemail mentioned giving your "document number, if you have one". I'm going to leave a message and I'll update this page when I find out who it is. I'm guessing it's a) a scam or b) a collection agency.
