Very rude buch these kids are, they feel that because they are collections they have a right to be disrespectful. The feel they need not use tact when dealing with people and that "customer service" is not part of their job. Even the police have to use "customer service" when dealing with societys lowest...

I got a call from this number, Spend 10 minutes talking to the guy.
He told me " If you paid on your bills, we wouldn't be calling you "
