calls all day long up to 8.30pm. Called my phone company, nothing they can do unless I pay to have it blocked.

# is for "weedman" calls several times a day but you can't return the call as it says this # is blah blah blah not in service and whats more frightening is they come to your door claiming "weedman service" and don't take NO for an answer...they come right back in a day or two

Note!!! Man knocked on my door, I did not answer, after a few unfriendly knocks and chimes he then proceeded to stand on my porch and make a call to someone on his cell then left in a hurry...i am very concerned!

I get at least two calls from that number per day.
If it is Weed Man......why do they not answer when you pick up?  
(I have never picked up because I have call display and don't answer Unknown Caller calls

I get this call too, it is the weed man, half the time they don't answer sometimes they go through a speil for lawn care, we just tell them we have someone else doing it, but they still keep calling.can't people just get the hint????????

when i answer they wait for awhile then hang up and never say anything

they could be robbers.  program the number into your phone as something like: "robbers calling" and never pick it up. they will never know if you are home or on vacaton.
