When I answered they hung up. WTF?

Well that's not true....this is an outgoing Government of Ontario trunk line....note the following:

hmm what is going on...i see the number n click off my cell. ...peeved off here.....:(

I get hang ups and messages from this company that have nothing to do with me but they keep calling even when told to stop there calls are not for me I have zero idea honestly of who they are looking for but they think I know who ever they want.Im sick with cancer and a brain tumor and I wish they'd leave me alone as asked.
