Duct cleaning  spam calls- terrible accent

This company who call themselves "Air Duct Cleaning" call me at least three times a week and refuse to stop calling despite the fact I am on the do not call list and I have asked them to stop calling.  The telemarketer has a strong East Indian accent and will actually be very rude and even swear at me when I ask him to stop calling.  This is harrassment.
