In the past week I have received 16 calls from this number in Ontario, Canada  905-4801-1366.   As early as 7:00a.m. and as late as 10:30 p.m. Same voice with two different names. Mathew Metcalf and Andrew Metcalf.  It is a recorded message saying that it is urgent important business...IN CANADA....WRONG!!!  STOP CALLING!

a man's voice advised me to call within a certain amount of time or furtheraction will be taken against me.  They wanted me to call to clarify this matter?

It's a collection agency called Global International.  
They have a website for consumers that are getting called:

I also get Shawn and Aleano. It's a place called GLOBAL. COLLECTION AGENCY, I know specifically for Capitol one credit card.

Called numerous times;  have 48 hours to resolve this "business matter", it is in my best inerest to return their call (toll free yeah, like a 905 call is toll free from the US);  it comes across my caller id as an 877 number, but I deleted it before I wrote it down.  I returned that call once before, and left the phone on speaker for 2 hours and they never picked up.  MY GUESS IS A SCAM -anyone else?
